Greetings and thank you for your interest in Masterwork Painting & Restoration.
I established Masterwork in 1995 with the mission to provide the highest quality painting available in the industry combined with unparalleled customer service. We consistently deliver on that promise through truly professional craftsmen, an in-house training program, standardized systems and procedures, sophisticated project management, along with a philosophy of serving our clients as we would want to be served. This is combined with a culture of continuous improvement in all aspects of our business.
In an effort to excel in whatever we do, we specialize in particular aspects of the industry as opposed to taking a “jack-of-all-trades” type of approach. That way we are able to develop keen skills, gather necessary knowledge, and achieve practical experience so that we can deliver the best possible service to our clients.
Masterwork employs the best team of craftsmen in the industry. I can make such a blanket statement because I’ve been doing this for quite a while, I’ve worked with hundreds of painters, and as a company we have had literally thousands of people apply for jobs. In addition, our team is made up of nice folks – I need to work with them every day too.
Over the years as Masterwork improved and advanced, I realized that a critical limitation for us and the industry as a whole is the lack of painting related standards, training, and education. To help fill this void, I was one of the founding members of the “Craftsmanship Forum” of the Painting & Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA) and I continue to serve as the vice-president. The purpose of this national group is to advance craftsmanship in the painting industry. I am also chairman of the Craftsmanship Operating Procedure (COP) Committee, a sub group of the Craftsmanship forum. This group, comprised of like minded leaders in the painting field from all over the country is dedicated to establishing standards and procedures for comprehensive painting activities. These COP’s serve as the backbone for our internal training program.
I believe our slogan really captures what sets us apart – our goal is not to merely have satisfied clients, instead we focus on creating enthusiastic ones. If you value high quality and exceptional service, I would appreciate the opportunity to work for you and I encourage you to contact me to evaluate how Masterwork may best serve you.
At your service,
Rich O’Neil,
President, Masterwork Painting & Restoration, Inc.
